Lisbon – Hildegard Loeser, 88, of Ross Hill Road Ext passed away Tuesday January 15, 2019 at her home.
She was born January 26, 1930 in Merseberg, Germany daughter to the late Max and Gertrude (Sawitzki) Welzel.  On July 4, 1951 in Merseberg, Germany she was married to Gerhard E. Loeser.  He predeceased her on September 19, 2008.  
Hildegard worked many years as a Recovery Room Tech at William W. Backus Hospital before she retired.  She had a love for her rock garden, flowers and hummingbirds.
She is survived by her two sons Ralph Loeser and his wife Debra of Jewett City and Steve Loeser and his wife Melinda of Lebanon, her three grandchildren Erik Loeser and his wife Jessica, Amanda Marino and Christopher Loeser and a great granddaughter Mackenzie, her Brother Henry Welzel and her sister Irene Hryniewicz.

Hildy always had that beautiful smile she use to come to the Lisbon Senior Center on Thursday’s to play Bingo she was an amazing woman always so sweet. I so miss that smile. RIP Hildy Prayers to her family

I remember all the good times we had at Aunt Lena's and Uncle Gus house

I enjoyed many interesting conversations with Hildegard when delivering her prescriptions to her. We talked about kids, plants, etc. and I even got to tell her about taking 4 years of German in high school. She will be missed in my book. My condolences to her family.

My sincere condolences on the passing of you mother. She was a wonderful lady. I remember when your family first moved to Ross Hill Road. Your Mom and Dad were friends with my grandmother and Uncle Ken.
