William Arremony, 64, sadly passed away on December 31, 2021 after a brief battle with cancer. He was born January 18, 1957 the son to Ernest and Marie Arremony of Jewett City, CT both of whom predeceased him. Bill, as he was known to family and friends, has a brother, Glenn Arremony who resides in Lisbon with his wife Nina. He has a nephew, Matthew Arremony,his fiancé Saki and a niece, Kerry Arremony all of whom he adored very much. Bill worked as a Pipe Fitter at Electric Boat in Groton for many years. He most recently worked at the Shell gas station in Lisbon, where he was admired and well liked by his customers and coworkers. He was kind, quick to smile and laugh and will truly be missed by family, friends and coworkers. The family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation for the compassion and care delivered by American Ambulance and the W.W. Backus Hospital of Norwich.
The will be no calling hours. There will be a private burial for Bill and his parents Ernie and Marie at the Pachaug Cemetery in Griswold, CT in the Spring of 2022.
