Thomas John Sulik

Voluntown -  Our beloved son, Thomas John Sulik, died at the age of 31 on January 15th, 2022, as the result of a car accident. Tommy was born on November 15th, 1990, at Lawrence Memorial located in New London, Connecticut. Tommy grew up in Voluntown, CT., and graduated from Griswold High School in 2009. He had a voracious love for music (especially Wu-Tang and Pink Floyd), reading, and spending quality time with his niece Ashley. Tommy has also been an active member of the Griswold Polish Club for four years.

Tommy is survived by his parents Grace Facas Sulik and Matthew Sulik of Voluntown, CT.; his brother Adam Sulik and fiancé Jessica Walker of Lisbon, CT.; his sisters Mikayla Sulik of Voluntown, CT., and Tiffany Hebert of Norwich, CT.; his two nieces Ashley and Angelina; and his paternal grandfather Thomas Sulik of Griswold, CT. He is predeceased by his paternal grandmother Adele Sulik, paternal Uncle Martin Sulik, and maternal grandparents Grace and Alfred Facas. He will be greatly missed by his dear friends JB LePage, Chris Martin, Phelan Sharkey and many more.

Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, January 23, 2022, at Gagne Piechowski Funeral Home located at 490 Voluntown Rd. Griswold, CT between 4:00PM-6:00PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00AM, Monday, January 24th, 2022, at St. Mary’s Church located at 34 N. Main St. Jewett City, CT. 06351. There will be a celebration of Life following the service on Monday at the Griswold VFW located at 263 Taylor Hill Rd.
