Scott David Moreau, 52 of Oakdale, went home to be with Jesus on February 25, 2025 after a long, courageous battle with muscular dystrophy.
Scott worked at Electric Boat as a pipefitter and Lightolier as a forklift driver until his disease forced him from the workforce.
He lovingly cared for his mother until he needed to be cared for himself.
Scott was predeceased by his sister Tina A. Moreau. He is survived by his mother Carol Moreau, his father Maurice (Moe) Moreau and stepmother Ruth Moreau. He also leaves behind two stepsisters, Lauren Wade and husband Jerry Wade, Casia Courtright and husband Scott Courtright as well as cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
We praise Jesus that his homegoing was peaceful!
There will be no calling hours and burial will be private.
