Rolland Nolet

Rolland Nolet, 86, passed away peacefully at home on June 5, 2026, surrounded by his family.

Born on May 17, 1940, in Saint-Zacharie, Quebec, Canada, Rolland was the son of Alfred Nolet and Jeanne Champion Nolet. He was a man of quiet strength, kindness, and deep devotion to those he loved. Family was always at the heart of his life, and he found his greatest happiness in the moments spent with those closest to him.

In July 1963, Rolland married the love of his life, Lucille Lebel. Together they shared more than sixty years of marriage, building a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.

He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He will be remembered by his wife, Lucille; his children, Brigitte Fournier (Robert), Michel Nolet (Amy), and Julie Conley (Thomas), his sister Floria Cormier, brother-in-laws Roland Lebel (Diane), Charles Henri, sister-in-laws Carmelle Lebel, and Gabrielle Lebel, and  his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. His family brought him immense joy, and he treasured everymoment spent with them.

He had a way of making people feel welcomed and cared for, and his wisdom, humor, and kindness touched the lives of many.

In addition to his parents, Alfred and Jeanne Nolet, Rolland was predeceased by his brother, Roger Nolet and his beloved grandson, Devan Nolet.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on June 19, 2026, at Saint Joseph Cemetery, Clubhouse Rd, North Windham. 

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to hospice nurse Vanessa and Dr. Paul McFarlane for the compassion, comfort, and exceptional care they provided to Rolland and his family. Their kindness brought great peace during a difficult time.

Though his presence will be deeply missed, the love he shared and the legacy he leaves behind will continue to live on through the family he cherished so deeply. Forever loved, forever remembered, forever missed
