Griswold – Robert Allen Longo Sr., 57, of Bitgood Road passed away Wednesday January 1, 2025 at Hartford Hospital.

He was born September 9, 1967 in New London the son of Vincent and Doris (Knight) Longo.

For many years he worked as a cable installer. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and hanging in the garage with his son-in-law drinking Mountain Dew.

He was predeceased by his parents and a grandchild Gabrial.

Rob is survived by his wife Debra (Carroll) Longo, daughters Candise Rafuese (Jessie), Crystal Johnson (Steven), son Robert Longo Jr. (Sarah), Aaron Longo (Haley), nine grandchildren Sapphira, Skylar, Tre, Abigail, Amoret, Hayden, Chloe, Elizabeth, four brothers Vincent Jr., Frank, Timothy, Anthony and sister Anita.

Calling hours will be Saturday January 4, 2025 from 3 to 5 PM at the Gagne-Piechowski Funeral Home 490 Voluntown Rd. Jewett City, CT.
