Nolan Vachon Obituary
Voluntown- Nolan R. Vachon, age 25, passed away October 7, 2017 from injuries suffered in an accident.
He was born on April 18, 1992 in Putnam, CT. He was the beloved son and brother to Dany and Wendy (Segrave) Vachon of Voluntown and Nicholas Vachon of Plainfield. Besides his parents and brother he leaves behind maternal grandparents, Richard and Mary Segrave of GA, fraternal grandmother Mariette Vachon of Plainfield, nephew Bryson Vachon of Jewett City and Godparents Robert and Lisa Bisbee of Moosup, 2 uncles and an aunt, Wayne and Theresa Segrave and Michel Vachon.
Nolan was a 2010 graduate from NFA and worked at Girard Ford as an auto technician.
As a young boy Nolan was very involved in Boy Scouts, Youth Group and sports.
He loved his family, farming, fishing and friends.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday October 15, 2017 from 3:00-6:00PM at the Gagne-Piechowski Funeral Home 490 Voluntown Road, Jewett City, CT. There will be a Memorial service held on Monday the 16th at 11:00AM at the Voluntown Baptist Church.
