Linda Mary Rathbun

Linda Mary Rathbun, 64 passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at L&M Hospital in New London, Ct.

She was born October 16, 1961 in Norwich, CT to the late Carol (Hansen) Rathbun. She was a graduate of Griswold High School. She worked for many years as a meat cutter, Better Value, Finest and Publix grocery stores. She loved plants and animals particularly horses. She was also a gifted artist.

Linda is survived by her son Alex Delor of Colorado, brothers Robert ( Mirely) Rathbun of Burnie, Maryland and Mark (Jane) Rathbun, Westerly, Rhode Island. In addition to two nephews and two nieces. She was predeceased by two brothers Harold and David Rathbun. 

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am July 10, 2026 at St. Mary’s Church, Jewett City, CT. Burial will immediately follow in Pachaug Cemetary, Griswold, CT.
