Julie Rose (Rose) Allard

Griswold – Julie Rose Allard was born April 30, 1973 in Norwich, CT to the late Elmer and Jane (Berard) Rose.  She married William Patrick Allard, Jr. on January 28, 1997.  
She graduated from Roger Williams University and then became a Special Education Teacher with the Griswold School System for 20 years.  
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her beloved daughter Sophie Rose Allard, her stepfather Jeff Rollins, her brother Timothy Rose, sisters Patricia Rose and Debra Robinson of Griswold, and Elizabeth Clark of Austin, TX.  She is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.  
Calling hours will be held Friday May 28, 2021 from 5:00-7:00PM at the Gagne Piechowski Funeral Home 490 Voluntown Road Jewett City, CT.  A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 29, 2021 from 1:00-3:00PM at the Voluntown Firehouse, Voluntown, CT.  For online condolences please go to www.gagnepiechowski.com
