Joseph Schupp Obituary

Jewett City – Joseph Kent Schupp, 52, of Phillips Street passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, June 14, 2020, at his home.
He was born July 1, 1967 in New Haven, CT to Joseph King and Dorothy (McDoland) Schupp.
Joseph was employed in shipping and receiving at Defenders for many years.
He is survived by his wife Jacqueline (Dumschatt) Schupp, 3 sons John, Andrew, and Joshua, and    guardian to William Dumschatt, brother Kevin and wife Janet, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Joey was an avid lover of fishing and being out on the water. He loved to camp with friends and family  , loved fireworks on the 4th and bomb fires and smores in the back yard, loved rock and roll and loud music, he also loved watching his favorite baseball team the Yankees on tv and going to the ballpark with his boys. He was well-liked by all and would do just about anything for anyone. His impatient approach to everything will never be forgotten and made him who he was. He will be forever missed and held dear in our hearts.
