Joseph Nicholas Millovitsch, Jr.

Joseph N. Millovitsch, Jr., 69, of Lisbon, CT passed away on June 11, 2023 with his loving family by his side. He was born December 26, 1953, the son of the late Joseph Millovitsch, Sr and Eugenia (Stadnicki) Millovitsch.

He leaves behind the love of his life, Charlene (Klingman) Millovitsch and their beloved dog Maddie. His children Jason (Lauren) Millovitsch, Sandy (Mark) Smith, and Woody McGarity. Grandchildren, Ava Millovitsch, Kayla (Mike) Perina, Sarah (Sean) Luiz, and Dylan McGarity. Great Grandchildren Alec, Colton, and Lukasz.

His siblings Cindy (Scott) Nottingham, Michael (Robin) Millovitsch, and Jeanmarie (Angleo) Petrocelli, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his granddaughter, Jenna.

Joe graduated from Norwich Tech and Thames Valley. He owned and operated Millovitsch Electric for over 30 years until his retirement in 2022. He was an avid hunter, enjoyed golfing and spending time with his grandchildren.

Thank you to family and friends for the love and support during this hard time. To the Hospices Nurses and Aides, thank you for taking such great care of Joe.

The family invites everyone to attend a celebration of his life at Sprague Rod & Gun club on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at 1 o’clock in the afternoon. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Connecticut Hospice (www.hospice.com).
