Jeffrey Craig Cousineau, Jr.

Jeffrey Craig Cousineau, Jr., 41, of Baltic, Connecticut passed away unexpectedly Thursday, February 26, 2026. He is survived by his fiance Jessica Chartier, and his children Caden, Hayden, Kaylee and Lilyanna.

He was born February 5, 1985 in Hartford, CT to the late Jeffrey C. Cousineau, Sr. and Terri Conley. Jeff grew up in Enfield, Connecticut with his beloved Gig, always busy with his cousins and friends. He then went to culinary school which brought him into the food service industry, most recently working at Applebee’s as a manager. This is where he and Jessica first met and their family’s story began. Jeff was the kind of person who would light up a room whenever he walked into one. Whether it be singing and dancing to a Dave Mathews song, or sliding down the stairs just to hear his family laugh, or kayaking in the middle of the night on a family vacation, Jeff always knew how to have fun. Jeff will always be remembered by his friends and family through the music they all enjoyed together.

A Celebration of Life will be held in honor of the fun person we all knew, loved, and will miss dearly. Date, time, and more information will be shared via Facebook when the time comes.
