Gloria Jean (Paradis) Richards

Gloria Jean Richards, 73, of Goldberg Ave, Norwich, formerly of Cocoa, FL passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at the W.W. Backus Hospital.

She was born November 4, 1950, in Norwich, CT, daughter to the late Lionel and Donalda (Picard) Paradis.  She was married to Grady Eugene Richards, he predeceased her. 

Gloria is survived by her sister Shirley Roethel of Jewett City, her loving niece Melissa Hebert, who took care of her, along with her godchildren Renee and Chandler, many nieces and nephews and her canine companion Wendy.

She was also predeceased by her sister Elaine Green. 

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Gloria’s memory to the Wounded Warrior Project or Angels Among Animal Rescue.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, at the convenience of the family.
