Gail Elizabeth Sigler

Griswold- Gail Elizabeth Sigler, 76, passed away Wednesday November 8th, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She was born on April 10th, 1947 in Norwich the daughter of Joseph Sandberg and Virginia Wascik.

Gail graduated from Montville highschool. She had then met the love of her life shortly after high school, Joseph Rex Sigler, from Ohio when he was stationed in Connecticut while serving in the US Navy. They were married shortly after and soon had three children. Joseph Rex Sigler II, Krista Field Sigler and Valerie Elizabeth Sigler.

Gail was a very successful business owner and entrepreneur. She had then retired to care for her grandchildren. Her grandchildren had brought her great joy, where she loved to spend time with them and family. She was very involved with Norwich Little League and served on their board for 11 years and then later on she was involved with NEPHC and served on their board while she carried her love of horses with her.

Gail is survived by her husband, Joseph Rex Sigler, her three children, Joe, Krista and Valerie and her four grandchildren, Ashley Field, Bryan Field, Brianna Sigler and Shelby Colbridge.
