Born and raised in Jewett City, March 25, 1926 lived to be the oldest of her kin, and was the daughter of the late Walter J. Manseau and Malvina (LaRoux) Manseau.
She worked as a seamstress most of her life, last worked at John Meyers in Norwich, CT in the design room as a sample seamstress and retired when the company closed in May of 1988.
She resided with her daughter and her husband Patricia and Richard of Griswold in March of 1998 after her husband passed on and lived with them until her passing on February 23, 2022.
Survivors include three daughters Jean L. Morrissette and partner George Bennett of Central Village, Patricia and Richard Smith of Griswold, Sheila Manchester of Cromwell, seven grandchildren Thomas, James and Michael Tucker, Lisa Skovinski, Amy Sabrowski, Barbara LaTour and Cindy Gantnier, numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by three brothers Arthur (Rusty), Henry and Lawrence (Pat) Manseau, one grandson Richard Smith, III and two great grandsons Alex Drozynski and Eric Tucker.
Services will be at the convenience of the family at a later date.
