Donna J. (Dufresne) Bray

Donna Dufresne Bray of Jewett City, passed away unexpectedly Monday June 30th at her

residence.

She was born in Norwich, CT on September 13, 1962, the daughter of the late Jared Dufresne

and Janice Dufresne. She was married to Thomas Bray on October 17, 1980 and enjoyed 44

wonderful years of marriage.

Donna was a devoted homemaker and an avid animal lover. Throughout her life she had many

pets she treated with tender loving care. In her spare time she enjoyed spending time with her

family, especially her grandchildren. She loved going to family events and apple picking

picnics.Her friendly and warm spirit touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her sister Diane Morvay and husband Les, sister

in law’s Nancie Bashor, Peggy Jensen and husband Mike, Susan Drexler and husband Don,

brother in law Carlton Bray Sr, children Andrea Madden and Thomas Bray Jr, grandchildren

Hayden Madden, Jared Madden, Thomas Bray III, Briana Bray and Josie Bray, many nieces

and nephews, and her current pets Sydnee, Rubee and Kinzee.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
