Devan Michel Nolet

Devan Nolet, 30, of Mansfield, Connecticut, passed away on May 15, 2026. Born on September 8, 1995, Devan was raised in Scotland, Connecticut, where he spent his early years surrounded by family, friends, and the community that helped shape the person he became.

Devan was the beloved son of Michel Nolet and Amy (Larsen-Rivera) Nolet. He was also the cherished brother of Denis Nolet and his spouse, Emma Lussier; Deyonna Nolet and her spouse, Brent Soucier; and stepbrother Joshua Adamo. Devan shared a special bond with his goddaughter, Piper Grace, whom he loved dearly.

He was also a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.

On February 28, 2026, Devan became engaged to the love of his life, Megan Rabbett, beginning a new chapter together filled with love, hope, and future plans.

Devan worked as a union laborer with Local 547, where he was known for his strong work ethic, dedication, and willingness to lend a helping hand. He took pride in his work and the relationships he built throughout his career.

Devan loved adventure and lived life with energy and passion. He enjoyed skydiving, riding motorcycles, and spending days on the boat with his parents. Above all else, Devan loved being surrounded by his friends and family, creating memories that will forever be treasured by those who knew him best.

He carried with him the values and memories of his upbringing throughout his life and will be remembered for his spirit, his presence, and the impact he had on those who knew and loved him.

Though his time was far too short, Devan leaves behind cherished memories that will remain in the hearts of his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.

Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of Devan’s life and to celebrate the moments shared with him .A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00PM October 3, 2026 at the Franco American Club Pavilion Club Road, Windham, CT.
