Christopher graduated from Griswold High School, Griswold, CT. He pursued a career in the maintenance & construction trade. As young man Christopher learned a wealth of experience from his Papa which served him well as he moved on in his careers. He worked 2nd shift maintenance at Strawberry Park & Resort in Preston, CT for 7 years starting in his teens. He worked for 6 years in construction & his gained knowledge went with him when he joined Mattern Construction Inc., where he worked for 5 years. Within those five year he learned a tremendous amount which he took with him when he moved to Amentum, at Pfrizer, in Groton CT. There he went into industrial HVAC working toward his license. They appreciated his knowhow and experience, and his thinking outside the box for problem solving. Christopher was well like in each company he worked for, for his knowledge, work ethics and personality.
He worked as laborer, ran heavy equipment, sometimes diver and foreman. He truly was a jack of all trades. He enjoyed the friendship and acquaintance of many people. He had a love for outdoors and hunting, especially hunting with his Papa in Maine. A love for anything on two or four wheels. No matter the time of day he was always there to lend a helping hand.
