To Stosh, Staci & Family,
So sorry to hear the news of Fred's passing. Fred was always such a strong supporter and fan of all the musical and sporting endeavors we ever participated in and I sincerely regret losing touch over the years. I will always remember her as a kind, loving, sharing, thoughtful, twinkle in her eye, with an infectious laugh that brought life to life person and thankful that I knew and shared some special moments in our lives with her.

I worked with Annadel at WH, and she always sent me a card with her 3 puppies sitting at their little table all dressed up. She was a great person and will be missed by all who knew her.

To Stash, the Jaczinski & Arpin Families,
Our sincerest condolences for a wonderful, caring person. I could never escape Fred's wrath when I made a questionable call against Stash during one of his softball games. We will remember her with fond memories.

Tom, Greg and the Arpin/Jaczynski families-
On behalf of the Riel and Pelletier family, I extend my sincerest condolences on the recent passing of your beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend to many, ANNADELL (ARPIN) JACZYNSKI. Having met Fred as she was known to most people, a few times through her late employer, Thomas Cook, MD, as well as through her father, George Arpin long ago, its sad to read of her passing but truly her legacy will live on by all that knew and embraced her throughout her life. For she now has joined her father, George (2006) and her mother Anastasia (1993) and if its any consolation to all of you, our loved ones memory never fades as long as we carry them in our hearts each day. Respectfully submitted-
David Pelletier/Philadelphia, PA
