How I admired and looked up to your mother when we were next door neighbors on Water Street in Lancaster, NH, and she was seven years older than I. On very special instances I was invited to go up to her bedroom and go through her Hope Chest with her as she would point out the lovely knitted and crocheted items as well as the sterling spoons she had been given over the years. She was a very gentle soul and always nice to me. May she Rest In Peace.
