Katie,

I am still in shock at hearing & reading of Gene's passing. Although it will be difficult, I pray that both you and Eugene will find comfort in the memories of special times with him.

Rest assured in the knowledge that Gene's life and death are precious in God's sight.

Love Always,
Barbara

To Gene's family:
I was a close high school friend of Gene's and spent a lot of time with him when we were in high school. I visited the farm many times in Voluntown. He was a great and fun loving guy. I am so sorry that I learned of this after the services, or I certainly would have been there. Please accept my sympathy and know that your husband and father was a great friend to me. He will be missed. Sincerely, Guy LaPointe
